The Emig Mansion Bed & Breakfast - York

Had nice experience, overall absolutely gorgeous and perfect place.

The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was affable and great. The room was clean, had central heating, a refrigerator and a dining area, I greatly enjoyed it. It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including yogurt, jam and eggs.

the rooms were reasonably large and gorgeous in general, with a view.

During my visit, I fell in love with the cozy atmosphere and friendly hosts, who served a fantastic home-cooked breakfast that kept me satisfied until later in the day as I explored the beautiful and scenic Heritage Rail Trail County Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll while soaking up the nature around me.

The mansion itself has so much charm and character, and each room has its unique style. I loved sitting on the eight-foot window seat enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. Bill and lori were amazing hosts, providing us with a delicious brunch and even heart-healthy options. It was the perfect place for our group after the wedding.

The Emig Mansion is beautifully decorated with authentic antique furnishings. The spacious common areas are easily accessible for seniors, great to relax comfortably and enjoy lovely conversations with other guests.

A few more comfortable seating options would be nice.

Bill and Lori created an lovely experience for my partner and me. Their warm hospitality began with a thoughtful call prior to our arrival. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts with uniquely delicious dishes, like cinnamon pear. Be sure to explore their extensive wine selection during your stay!

It was just an appropriate option for a walk in the evening in York with the best value for money ratio. The host and hostess made us feel right at home, and the meals were delicious! Make sure to ask about local shopping options nearby.

The rooms were immaculate and absolutely gorgeous with exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious! I also appreciated the location near a 5-star restaurant and the convenience of being close to multiple airports like Baltimore, Lancaster, and Gettysburg, as well as various restaurants.

Sufficient for a one-night stay and would definitely recommend! The rooms are basic but spotless, with a shared bathroom and cozy beds. 🛏️
